Haven't posted in a while because our Internet was down....but it's back now. We were looking for cheaper Internet but I guess it doesn't exist and I guess we're just lucky that it comes all the way out here to our town.

First of all I'm very thank-ful to be a stay at home mom but some days I feel like I'm going crazy. Kent has been working long hours and then spending some of his time off hunting. Then when he is home we are both chasing after kids. I guess I feel my main problem is loneliness...adult conversation (face to face) without the constant interruption of kids would be nice once in a while.

Both kids are sick. Axel has a running nose and is very irritable. Adelynn is very congested and has a little cough. I hope they both get better soon...it's hard to watch them be so miserable.

Kent finally had a day off yesterday and it was wonderful. We got lots of errands run together and it was just nice to be able to spend some time with him. It was also quite a treat to get a break from the kids here and there.

Now to figure out how to get all the dishes done, clothes washed folded and put away, ironing done, supper ready and take care of two sick kids without going insane. I'm exhausted just thinking about everything I need to do. Well I better end this here and get to work. Hopefully next post will be alittle more cheerful.:)

Axel wanted to hold his little sister. He was trying to situate her on his lap so he could hold her all by himself...of course that wasn't going to happen but he tried.

Hah...sounds like my life! I also love that I'm able to stay with my kids, but it takes a toll when you only interact with people 6 and under!

Leave some ironing and laundry for me, Jacinda. I like to help you out when we're back home. When our kids were little, someone told us that the struggling years are the best years of our life. At the time we thought "ya gotta be kidding?" but in retrospect, they were special, fulfilling days. You are a great mother to your children, a great wife, and a wonderful daugher-in-law. Keep up the good work!!

If we lived closer than an hour and a half I would LOVE some adult conversation too! We should meet up at Leanns sometime...maybe we should ask her first:)
